The informal survey’s results come via online voting. While the results are not meant to be taken as scientific, Kay notes that most of the site’s readers and voters are themselves small business owners.
The second biggest cluster of poll voters selected the 100-500 option, which took 24 percent of the vote. Meanwhile, 15 percent of voters said they used between 15 and 10 minutes per month. Kay says a company’s mileage may vary based on the industry and on how long they’ve been in business, and that the survey is meant to help business owners gauge roughly how many minutes to invest in.
