From movie star to reality star.

Following a string of straight-to-DVD flops, "American Pie" actress Tara Reid has signed on to join "Celebrity Big Brother UK," reports British newspaper The Sun.

She joins a still-expanding cast that already includes Pamela Anderson, Bobby Brown, David Hasselhoff's ex Pamela Bach and several members from the TLC show "Big Fat Gypsy Wedding."

The former "Baywatch" babe is no stranger to reality TV -- or "Big Brother."

Anderson starrred on "Big Brother Australia" and a similar show in India, "Bigg Boss."

And in case the cast does not create enough drama on their own, producers are making some additions to the "Big Brother" house to ensure they keep it interesting, including a transparent shower installed in the middle of the house and a 24-hour bar.

"Fans don't want to see a bunch of people sitting around being boring," said an insider, according to The Times of India. "They want to see them getting drunk so they get randy, go bedhopping and let slip some of their sauciest secrets."
